TEXAS POTATOES 
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. melted butter
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
8 oz. sour cream

Mix well with 2 pounds uncooked hash browns. Put in 9 x 13 inch pan; top with 2 cups crushed Corn Flakes and 1/4 cup butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
