SWEDISH BEET SALAD 
1 1/2 c. ham, cubed
1 1/2 c. beets, cubed
1 1/2 c. cooked potatoes, cubed
1 med. onion, chopped
Pinch powdered cloves
Pinch powdered allspice
Salt & pepper to taste
1 tsp. sugar
Enough white vinegar to moisten

Combine all ingredients; toss lightly with fork. Cover and refrigerate about 1 hour before serving. Adjust seasoning and vinegar to taste.
