BEET AND PINEAPPLE SALAD 
Mix together and put in mold:

1 lg. box raspberry Jello
2 c. boiling water
1 med. can julienne beets, drained
1 flat can crushed unsweetened pineapple, drained
1/4 c. sweet pickle juice and pineapple juice, water to make 3/4 cup liquid

Make a layer of salad dressing on top:

1 c. sour cream (or more)
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. horseradish (or more to taste)
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped green onions and tops

Make ahead so flavoring improves with standing.
