NO KNEAD BREAD | |
1 pkg. dry yeast 1 1/2 c. warm water 2 tsp. salt 2 tbsp. sugar 2 tbsp. shortening 3 c. flour 2 tbsp. melted butter Soften yeast in warm water. Add other ingredients and mix 300 strokes by hand. Let rise 30 minutes or until double in bulk. Beat 25 strokes. Spread in greased loaf pan and bake at 375 degrees for 45-50 minutes. |
