NO KNEAD DILL BREAD 
1 pkg. yeast
1/4 c. warm water
1 c. creamed cottage cheese
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. dill seed
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 egg, well beaten
2 1/4 to 2 1/2 c. all purpose flour

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Soften yeast in warm water. In a large mixing bowl, combine warm water, cottage cheese, sugar, onion, butter, dill seed, salt, soda, and egg. Mix well. Fold flour into other ingredients to form a stiff dough. Cover and let rise until doubled in bulk. Stir down and turn into greased bread pan. Again let dough rise until doubled. Bake 30 to 40 minutes.
