1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
4 1/4 c. flour
1 c. salad oil
2 eggs
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cream of tartar

Mix all together and roll out and cut with cutter or you can roll in balls and flatten out on cookie sheet. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 12 minutes. These are delicious.
