PEACH STREUSEL PIE | |
9" pie shell 3 c. sliced, peeled peaches (about 6 med.) 1 egg 2 tbsp. heavy cream 1/2 c. flour 1/3 c. light brown sugar 1/4 c. butter 1/2 c. granulated sugar Turn peaches into crust, sprinkle with granulated sugar. Beat egg slightly, add cream and beat to combine. Pour over peaches. Stir flour into brown sugar, cut in butter until particles are fine. Sprinkle over peach filling. Bake at 450 degrees on low rack until topping and crust are brown, 35 to 40 minutes. |
