MACARONI AND CHEESE 
7 oz. pkg. macaroni
1/2 c. minced onion
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1/3 c. flour
3 1/4 c. milk
12 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese

Cook macaroni per package directions. Drain and set aside. Saute onion in 1/3 cup butter until tender. Stir in dry ingredients. Gradually stir in milk, blending well. Stir noodles into sauce and put in a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with cheese and bake at 400 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until brown on top.
