PEA SALAD 
2 pkg. frozen LeSueur peas
1 (7 oz.) bottle Spanish olives, halved
1 (10 oz.) block Kraft Cheddar Cracker Barrel cheese
1 (6.5 oz.) can salted peanuts
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream

Cut cheese into 1/4 strips and then cut into cubes. Mix first 4 ingredients. Mix mayonnaise and sour cream and stir into salad. Let it sit at room temperature for about an hour before serving. Will keep for several days.

To serve 10 or less, cut above portions in half.
