PEAR PIE 
2 lbs. pears, peeled, halved
1 tbsp. lemon juice
3 tbsp. flour
1 c. sugar
Dash of salt
1 tsp. or more cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tbsp. butter
2 unbaked pie crusts

Arrange pears in deep dish pie plate. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Mix flour, sugar, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg together; sprinkle over pears. Dot with butter. Place pastry over pears; crimp to edge of pie plate. Slash in several places. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
