PEAR PIE 
9 inch unbaked pie shell
Sliced and peeled fresh pears to fill crust
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
3/4 c. whipping cream
2 tbsp. butter
Cinnamon

Mix together sugar and flour and sprinkle across pears. Scatter small pieces of butter across pie. Pour cream across pie and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 35 minutes or until pears are soft.
