PECAN SANDIES | |
1 c. butter 1/3 c. sugar 2 tsp. vanilla 2 c. all-purpose flour 1 c. chopped pecans 1/4 c. powdered sugar Beat butter for 30 seconds. Add sugar and beat until fluffy. Add vanilla and 2 teaspoons water; beat well. Stir in flour and pecans. Shape into 1 inch balls. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in a 325 degree oven about 20 minutes. Cool completely. Gently shake a few cookies at a time in a bag with powdered sugar. Makes 36. |
