SHRIMP ROLL 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 can shrimp
1 tbsp. chopped onion
2 tbsp. chopped olives
2 tbsp. cocktail sauce

Rinse shrimp. Drain out as much liquid as possible. Crumble into cream cheese, add remaining ingredients. Mix, set in refrigerator. When firm, form into log, roll in parsley flakes. Set in refrigerator.
