HERMAN BREAD 
1 c. Herman
1 pkg. yeast
1/2 c. warm water
2 tbsp. oil
2 eggs
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
3 1/2 c. flour

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Mix well all other ingredients. Oil hands and knead; oil bowl add dough and cover. Let rise until dough doubles. Punch down and knead again. Shape into bread loaves or rolls. Let rise. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
