HAMBURGER DIP 
4 lbs. hamburger
3/4 c. chopped onion
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/4 c. catsup
1/4 c. hot catsup
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) can kidney beans with liquid
1/2 c. shredded Velveeta
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. oregano
1 tbsp. sugar

Brown meat and drain. Add onion and garlic. Cook until tender. Add rest of ingredients. Cook in slow cooker on high for 2 hours. Reduce to low. Stir every 1/2 hour so it does not stick to bottom. Serve with taco or cheese chips.
