2 (8 oz.) bricks cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar

Mix all ingredients until creamy. Use cupcake papers in each cup of muffin pan. Put 1 vanilla wafer in bottom of each paper. Add 1 large tablespoon of cheese mixture. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. You can top with your favorite pie filling, if desired.
