CHEESE BALL 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 flat can crushed pineapple
2 c. chopped pecans, divided
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tbsp. seasoning salt

Drain pineapple, pressing to remove all liquid. Mix all ingredients except 1 cup pecans. Chill then form into ball. Roll in remaining pecans. This can be frozen.
