PINEAPPLE CHEESE BALL 
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) drained, crushed pineapple
1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. onion, finely chopped
1 tbsp. seasoned salt
2 c. chopped pecans

Room temperature. Mix. Form into ball. Chill, roll in pecan meal. Serve with crackers.
