LEMON COFFEE CAKE | |
1 lemon pie filling 1/2 c. butter, softened 1 c. dairy sour cream 1 c. sugar 2 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 tsp. baking soda 2 c. flour 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt Prepare lemon pie filling according to recipe on label; cool. Combine next 6 ingredients in a bowl. Sift together the 2 cups flour, baking powder and salt; stir into vanilla mixture. Spread half the dough in a greased and floured 9x13 pan. Spread lemon pie filling over dough. Top with remaining dough. Work together following ingredients until mixture resembles crumbs: 1/2 c. sugar 1/4 c. butter 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 c. chopped nuts Sprinkle crumbs topping over dough layer. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes. |
