KONA BANANA BREAD 
1/2 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
3/4 c. ripe mashed bananas
1 1/4 c. sifted cake flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt

Cream shortening and sugar until light, add eggs one at a time. Beat well after each egg. Stir in bananas. Sift dry ingredients into the banana mixture. Grease pan.

Bake 30 to 35 minutes in 350 degree oven.
