LEMON SQUARES 
CRUST:

2 c. flour
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 c. butter

Mix flour, sugar and butter with fingers until crumbly, then press into well-greased 9x13 glass baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees until lightly browned; set aside.

FILLING:

4 extra large eggs or 5 smaller
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
1/3 c. fresh lemon juice

Cream eggs, powdered sugar, flour and juice by mixer and pour over baked base. Bake 20-25 minutes; cool. Then sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cut into squares. Freezes well.
