POTATOES AND CHEESE 
1 qt. potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. butter
2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese

Place half the potatoes in a greased baking dish. Sprinkle with half of the salt, pepper, bits of butter and grated cheese; repeat process. Add sufficient milk so it can just be seen between the top slices. Cover and bake in 350 degree oven about 40 minutes; remove cover and continue baking about 40 minutes longer or until tender and brown.
