OKINAWA RICE | |
3 carrots, shredded 2 stalks celery, chopped 2 onions, sliced thin 2 bouillon cubes 2 tbsp. butter 2 tbsp. LaChoy sauce Dash of pepper 1/4 c. boiling water Brown all ingredients in 2 tablespoons butter. Cook 2 cups Minute rice enough for 6 people or 1 cup is enough for 4 people. Drain, then add the first ingredients, along with 2 beef or chicken bouillon cubes, softened in a little boiling water. Add 2 tablespoons LaChoy sauce, a dash of pepper. Add leftover beef or chicken cubed. Brown mix well and turn heat off. |
