CARAMEL CORN 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. light corn syrup or honey
1/2 can or 2/3 c. sweetened condensed milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
5 qt. popcorn for balls
10 qt. popcorn for mix

Combine butter, sugar, and syrup and bring to boil on medium heat. Combine in milk and stir until soft boil. Stir in vanilla. Lightly salt popcorn. Pour syrup over popcorn and stir well. If making balls form with greased hands. If making mix, put in a large metal pan and bake 8 minutes on 350 degrees. Stir and bake 8 minutes more.
