4 c. nuts (any kind)
1 c. sugar, granulated
1 stick butter
2 egg whites, beaten stiff
1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

Mix spice with sugar. Fold into egg white. Fold nuts into egg whites. Melt butter in pan. Add nut mixture. Line cookie sheet with foil. Bake mixture at 325 degrees for 1/2 hour, stirring every 10 minutes until brown.
