STUFFED FRENCH TOAST 
8 slices bread, crust removed, cubed
3 eggs
2 8 oz. pkgs. cream cheese

Place 1/2 of bread in bottom of 9"x13" pan that has been greased.

Cube 2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese. Place cubed cheese on top of bread. Put rest of bread on top. Combine:

1/3 c. maple syrup
2 c. milk

Mix together well. Pour egg mixture over bread casserole. Put plastic wrap over casserole. Let sit overnight in refrigerator. Bake at 375°F for 45 minutes.

Serve hot with extra syrup or fruit. This makes a large casserole that is great when serving at brunch.
