RAISIN HONEY BREAD PUDDING 
3/4 c. raisins
1/2 c. honey
4 c. white bread cubes
1 qt. milk
5 eggs
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
Nutmeg

Rinse raisins and drain. Combine honey and bread cubes, cook over low heat and stir until bread cubes absorbs honey (2 to 3 minutes). Blend milk, slightly beaten eggs, sugar, salt and vanilla together. Add with raisins to bread cubes.

Mix well. Pour into buttered baking dish. Sprinkle with nutmeg and place dish in pan of hot water. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
