PORK CHOPS AND SCALLOP POTATOES 
6 to 8 thin pork chops
1 tbsp. butter
8 to 10 med. potatoes
1 sm. onion
1 tbsp. flour
Milk
1 can mushroom soup

Brown 6 to 8 pork chops in frying pan on stove. Cut 8 to 10 medium potatoes (sliced) and put potatoes in 9x13 lightly greased cake pan. Cover potatoes with 1 can of cream of mushroom soup and 1 1/2 cans of milk. Add 1 tablespoon flour, small onion, cut fine and 1 tablespoon butter. Mix all ingredients in the cake pan together. Put pork chops on top of potatoes. Cook in oven for 1 hour at 375 degrees. 4 to 6 servings.
