MARINATED COLD BEAN SALAD 
1 can kidney beans
1 can green string beans
1 can wax beans
1 onion, chopped
1/2 c. salad oil
2/3 c. vinegar
2/3 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. tarragon
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Drain all the cans of beans, rinsing the kidney beans well; mix all other ingredients thoroughly and pour over beans. This is best marinated for 24 hours. Stir occasionally. Before serving, drain off most of the dressing. Should be served cold.
