CREAMY SWISS AND BROCCOLI SOUP 
1 c. chopped ham
1 c. water
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
2 c. milk
3 tbsp. flour
8 oz. natural Swiss cheese, cubed
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper

Simmer ham and broccoli in water for 10 minutes or until broccoli is tender. Gradually add milk to flour, stirring until well blended. Gradually add milk mixture to ham mixture, stirring constantly until mixture slightly thickens. Simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add cheese and seasonings. Cook until cheese begins to melt.

Serves 4 to 6.
