CREAMY SWISS AND BROCCOLI SOUP 
1 c. chopped ham
1 c. water
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
2 c. milk
3 tbsp. flour
2 c. (8 oz.) natural Swiss cheese, cubed
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper

Boil ham in water for 10 minutes; add broccoli. Cook until tender. Gradually add milk to flour, stirring until well blended. Gradually add milk mixture to ham mixture, stirring constantly until mixture slightly thickens. Simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add cheese and seasonings. Cook until cheese begins to melt.

Serves 4 to 6.
