CREAMY BROCCOLI CHEDDAR SOUP 
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
3 cups water
3 cups milk
16 oz (1 pound) frozen broccoli
Velveeta cheese
2 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons butter
4-5 large potatoes

Peel potatoes and dice into cubes. Bring water, milk, butter, and potatoes to a boil. Once Potatoes are soft, add the broccoli. After the broccoli is soft, add the flour and Velveeta. I usually add about 1/3 of a big block.

Yield: about 8-10 servings. You can put this into a Crock-Pot or serve immediately.
