2 c. mayonnaise
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 oz. blue cheese, crumbled
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tsp. paprika
1 tbsp. sherry
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. sugar

Mix all ingredients. Yield 2 pints.
