GREAT SALAD DRESSING 
1 egg
3 tbsp. salad oil
3 tbsp. sour cream
1 tsp. wine vinegar
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
4 c. torn greens
1/2 c. croutons
1/4 to 1/2 c. shredded Parmesan cheese

In a blender container, combine egg, oil, sour cream, vinegar and seasoning. Blend until well combined. Pour half of dressing over greens in salad bowl; toss. Add croutons and cheese; toss. Cover remaining dressing and store in refrigerator. Makes 4 servings.
