CREOLE GREEN BEANS 
6 slices bacon
3/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. dry mustard
1 (16 oz.) can peeled tomatoes
2 (16 oz.) cans cut green beans, drained

Cook bacon until crisp. Remove from skillet. Add onion and green pepper to small amount of bacon drippings and cook until tender. Blend in flour, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and mustard. Add tomatoes. Cook stirring constantly, until thickened. Add beans and heat. Top with bacon slices. Serves 6.
