CHOP SUEY 
1 to 2 lbs. chop suey meat, brown

Fry in butter: 1 1/2 c. chopped onion 1/2 c. green pepper (optional)

Add vegetables to meat, then add 1 large can drained chop suey vegetables. Add to this soy sauce and water; simmer. Thicken with cornstarch and cold water. Serve over rice.
