SPINACH SALAD 
1 (10 oz.) bag spinach
2 c. cauliflower flowerettes
1 c. boiled eggs (4 or 5 eggs), chopped
1 sm. purple onion
1 c. mushrooms (fresh)

DRESSING:

8 oz. Hellmann's Light Mayonnaise
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. oil
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. salad herbs

Chop and mix vegetables.

Mix ingredients for dressing and pour over vegetables. Toss.
