RED VELVET CAKE 
2 c. butter oil
1 1/2 c. honey
2 eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. vinegar
2 tsp. cocoa
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 oz. red food coloring
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients together and beat. Bake at 325 degrees about 30 minutes or until done; let cool.

FROSTING FOR RED VELVET CAKE:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat together and frost cake. If desired, may sprinkle chopped pecans on top after frosted.
