STUFFED POTATO DUMPLINGS 
10 potatoes, grated & drained
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. hot mashed potatoes
1/2 lb. cooked pork, minced

Combine grated raw potatoes with salt and hot mashed potatoes. Blend well. Shape mixture into 10 balls. In each ball make an indentation and fill with minced pork. Cover up hole. In a large pot, bring 4 quarts of water to a boil; add dumplings. Boil 45 to 60 minutes. Serve hot with salt and freshly ground pepper or with molasses.
