CREAMY MASHED POTATOES 
5-6 Yukon Gold Potatoes
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter
1/3 cup Duke's Mayo
1/4 block (2 oz.) Philadelphia Cream Cheese
Salt
Pepper

Peel 5-6 large Yukon Gold Potatoes and cut them into chunks. Place them in a medium pot of salted water. Bring to a boil until the potatoes are tender. Drain the water and mash them. Once mashed, add 1/3 cup of Duke's Mayo, a half of stick of butter, 1/4 block of cream cheese and salt and pepper to taste. If needed, add more mayo or cream cheese to your liking! Enjoy
