1 bunch celery 3 onions 2 cans cream of celery soup 2 cans cream of mushroom soup 9 eggs, beaten 1 loaf bread, cubed and toasted 1 stack saltines, crushed 1 stick butter, melted turkey drippings salt & pepper sage garlic Slice celery and onions. Boil until tender and save liquid. Mix soups, eggs, bread, crackers, butter and turkey drippings. Mix all together and season with salt, pepper, sage and garlic. Bake at 350°F until set and crispy on edges. |
