MISSISSIPPI MUD PIE 
1 1/2 c. cold half and half or light cream
1 pkg. Jello vanilla instant pudding
1 tbsp. instant coffee
3 1/2 c. whipped topping, thawed
1 chocolate pie crust
Fudge sauce

Pour half and half into large bowl. Add pie filling mix and coffee. Beat with wire whisk until well blended, 1 minute. Let stand 5 minutes. Fold in whipped topping. Spoon into crust. Freeze 6 hours or overnight. To serve, remove from freezer and let stand 10 minutes to soften. Slice. Top with fudge sauce. Variations: For Rocky Road Pie, substitute chocolate pudding for vanilla, and omit coffee. Fold in along with whipped cream 1/3 cup each chocolate chips, miniature marshmallows and chopped nuts. Substitute graham cracker crust for chocolate crust. For Cookies 'N' Cream Pie, omit coffee. Add 1 cup chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed.
