SAUSAGE AND EGG CASSEROLE 
1 lb. pork sausage
8 eggs
6-8 slices white bread
1 sm. onion (chopped)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. milk
8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese

Break slices of bread into pieces and place in bottom of a 13x9 inch buttered pan. Cook, drain and crumble sausage. Top the bread with the cheese and sausage.

Beat eggs and mix with remaining ingredients. (I do this in the blender!) Pour over casserole. Refrigerate overnight. Bake it at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
