SANDBAKKELS 
Mix:

1 c. shortening (half butter and half lard)
1 c. sugar
2 egg yolks
2 tbsp. thin cream
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
About 2 c. flour

Mix well. Refrigerate about 3 hours. Then press small pieces of dough into individual tins. Bake 350 degree oven. Turn out while still warm.
