TENNESSEE BARBECUE SAUCE 
1 c. brown sugar, packed
1 1/2 tsp. onion salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Dash of garlic
2 c. vinegar
1 c. bottled barbecue sauce
1/2 c. catsup
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. bottled hot pepper sauce

In saucepan, stir together brown sugar, onion, salt, paprika, salt, pepper, and garlic salt. Combine vinegar, barbecue sauce, catsup, Worcestershire sauce, and bottled hot pepper sauce. Stir vinegar mixture into dry ingredients. Cook and stir over low heat until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat; cool. Store covered in refrigerator. Makes about 4 cups sauce.
