MOM'S HOT BACON DRESSING 
1/4 lb. bacon
1 c. evaporated milk
3 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 egg, well beaten
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. water

Cut bacon into small pieces. Cook until brown and crisp. Set aside.

Add together milk, sugar, flour, egg, vinegar and water. Cook until thick, then add bacon and fat.
