TWICE BAKED POTATOES 
4 lg. baking potatoes
1 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Pinch of paprika

Bake potatoes 1 hour, then cool, cut in halves lengthwise. Scoop potatoes out into bowl. Set shells aside. Mash potatoes, add milk, butter, cheese, spoon mixture into shells. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake 20 minutes longer.
