NO CRUST COCONUT PIE 
4 eggs, beaten
1 3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. self-rising flour
2 c. milk
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 1/2 c. coconut
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine ingredients in order given and mix well. Pour into a greased 11-inch pie plate and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
