COCONUT PIE (Makes its own
crust)
 
4 eggs
1 3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. self-rising flour
2 c. milk
1/4 c. butter
1 1/2 c. coconut
1 tsp. vanilla

NOTE: (If no self-rising flour, add regular flour with 1 teaspoon baking powder and 1/4 teaspoon salt.)

Combine all ingredients in order and mix well. Pour into a greased 10 inch pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
