MAKES OWN CRUST COCONUT PIE 
4 eggs
1 3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. self-rising flour
1/4 c. butter, melted
2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. coconut
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine ingredients in order given. Mix, pour into greased 10 inch pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until golden brown. Cool to serve.
